Daisy Aguirre is the founder and driving force behind HomeGirl® Real Estate Firm, a brand built on heart, integrity, and a fierce commitment to elevating the client experience. An El Paso native of 37 years, Daisy blends deep local expertise with a global vision, helping families build generational wealth while shaping the future of real estate in her community.
Since 2010, Daisy has served buyers, sellers, and investors with a concierge-style approach rooted in professionalism, transparency, and an unmatched work ethic. She is widely recognized as “The Official HomeGirl®,” a trusted partner for life who guides clients through some of their most meaningful transitions- from first homes to investment portfolios to new chapters after divorce.
Daisy is also an educator and mentor, teaching at the Academy of Real Estate and empowering new agents with the fundamentals of contracts, principles, and ethical practice. Her leadership extends beyond the classroom as she builds an innovative, heart-centered agent community through the expanding HomeGirl® brand.
As a marketing creative, Daisy merges lifestyle, storytelling, and real estate at scale- producing high-impact social media content, partnering with leading homebuilders, and championing women-owned businesses across the city. Her work is driven by her mission: helping people feel at home in their lives, their decisions, and their future.
When she’s not selling or teaching, you’ll find Daisy lifting weights, traveling, enjoying a cafecito in a bright kitchen somewhere, or spending time with her daughter Saray and her dog Suki.
